Behavior Contract

I understand that as a Volundeer I am representing Deer Park High School. Any misconduct (by school authority standards) while doing “Volundeer” work will result in removal from Volundeers. Any time I am in a Deer Park School, I will abide by dress code and ID policy. I also understand that severe misconduct while representing Volundeers may result in the high school taking disciplinary action. I agree by signing this document that I will not leave a Volundeer worksite unless I am picked up by my parent or someone authorized by my parent. Please return this contract with your application.
