Medication at School
If your child is to take medication during school hours, the medication must be brought to the clinic as soon as the student arrives on campus. No medication shall be administered unless the nurse receives a written request from the parent, legal guardian, or other person having legal control of the student. The request must state the following: student's name, name of the medication, date, time, and the dosage.

No medication shall be administered unless the medication appears in the original container and is properly labeled.

No foreign medications will be accepted. All medications must be FDA approved.

We encourage parents to schedule the administration of student medicine in such a manner that medication brought to school will be kept to a minimum.
