Welcome to 4th Grade!

Hi friends! My name is Yamilet Quintanilla and I am a ELA Dual language/ Bilingual teacher at Deepwater Elementary. This 22-23 school year will be my 4th year teaching. I am currently also a student myself (again) attending the University of Houston- Clear Lake working towards my masters in curriculum and instruction. (GO HAWKS!) On my free time, I enjoy traveling with my fiancé or playing golf with my family. Some of my favorite things are COFFEE, Netflix, Target, and almond joy candy bars.

¡Hola amigos! Mi nombre es Yamilet Quintanilla y soy maestra bilingüe/lenguaje dual de ELA en la escuela primaria Deepwater. Este año escolar 22-23 será mi cuarto año enseñando. Actualmente también soy una estudiante (nuevamente) que asiste a la Universidad de Houston-Clear Lake y estoy trabajando para obtener mi maestría en currículo e instrucción. (¡VAMOS HAWKS!) En mi tiempo libre, disfruto viajar con mi prometido o jugar golf con mi familia. Algunas de mis cosas favoritas son CAFÉ, Netflix, Target y dulces.
