About Me

I have been teaching choir for the past 20 years, and I LOVE it!  I am currently on year 15 here at Deer Park Junior High.  I am married to my best friend Dutch Duckett and we have 3 beautiful boys.  I also am the PROUD parent of a Dachshund and Basset Hound.  I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of San Antonio, with a Bachelor of Music Studies, specializing in all level choral music.  My family and I love ALL things outdoors.  I am so excited to share my love of music with your child!  Our goal is to create musically literate singers that have an appreciation and passion for music of all genres.
