Visiting Colleges

Seniors have TWO days to visit the colleges they are serious about attending. Juniors, you have one day. Make sure you return with a letter on the school letterhead stating you were there for a visit, dated (not on a weekend date) and a signature. You can ususally obtain this from the admissions office.

Visit the website of the college you are interested in attending--or get into your Naviance account for access to your college's website! Then schedule a visit to SEE the campus.
Happy college hunting!

There are MANY sources for scholarships, this is just one. Log on to your NAVIANCE account for a large database of scholarships. Another place you should search for scholarships is the actual college you will be attending, your parents' employers, organizations you've participated in, etc. There are so many FREE (never pay for one) search engines out there (Cappex, Peterson's, Fastweb, etc). Research, research, research!
