Limited Open Enrollment 2024-2025 School Year
Deer Park ISD’s successful Limited Open Enrollment (LOE) program will once again allow non-resident students from neighboring areas to apply for enrollment in the district.
LOE applications will be accepted using an online submission process starting March 6, 2024. The online link to submit an application will go live at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th. The link can be found at the bottom of this page starting on March 6th. Applications will not be accepted before this time. Each application will be date and time stamped upon submission.
Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis to fill a limited number of available spaces. Limited space is available at all schools. Open Enrollment is not available for Early Childhood Center or Deer Park High School-Wolters Campus.
New applications will be evaluated and approved by a small panel of District administrators. Students who are approved will be eligible to attend DPISD schools for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. Parents will receive mail notification of whether or not their child’s application has been approved starting the week of May 13th and thereafter.
• Students who are accepted and enrolled through this program will be allowed to complete their public education in Deer Park ISD; however, students are expected to strictly abide by the District’s policies and rules. Any violation could result in the revocation of a student’s enrollment.
• Parents of students who enroll through the LOE program are also responsible for transporting their children to and from school. Transportation will not be provided.

Current Year Moves - If you have a student that currently attends a school in DPISD and have moved out of district, contact the campus your student(s) attends and request a Limited Open Enrollment application.
For summer moves, complete the online application.
