Services include: personal counseling, educational counseling, career counseling, referral information, educational assessment, academic scheduling, enrollment, withdrawal, and assignment requests.

1. Parent or guardian must be present
2. Proof of address (mortgage payment book, tax statement or current lease agreement. Utility bills are not accepted. Apartment leases must have student's name listed)
3. Student's birth certificate
4. Student's social security card
5. Student's immunization record
6. Address of last school the student attended
7. Student's most current report card

1. Parent/Legal Guardian must be present to sign all paperwork.
2. All textbooks must be returned

If absent 3 or more days, parent may phone counselor's office to request the student's homework assignment by 10 a.m. on 3rd day and pick up after 3 p.m. same day.
