     New Student Registration

What is required to enroll:

  1) If under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or court appointed legal guardian. If you do not have have a court document, you will need to contact the Registrar and make other arrangements.

  2) Proof of residency: mortgage payment book, tax statement or current lease. Utility bills are NOT ACCEPTED as proof of residency unless presented in conjunction with a current lease agreement on a house. Apartment leases must have the student's name on the lease.

  3) Certified copy of birth certificate (this is the certificate issued by the state, not the hospital).

  4) Current immunization card.

  5) Social security card

  6) 1st - 9th grade: final report card.

  7) Picture ID of parent or guardian.
