Grants

Do you have a creative, innovative program you would like to implement?  Please consider submitting an application for funding of this program to the Deer Park Education Foundation.  The Education Foundation encourages employees in the district to research and develop innovative programs which stimulate thought, expand the existing curriculum and advance new approaches to teaching that will increase student learning. The application format is easy to understand and includes guidelines to assist you.

Below is the application in two different forms.  The fillable form allows you to fill it out on your computer and print it out.  The other form only allows you to print a copy.  Please remember to print a copy of your completed application for your records. 

Completed applications are due to the Foundation office by June 12, 2008.
