Remember, the flyer must accompany your order.

Raffle Drawing: Starting February 5 and ending on June 5th, our seniors will begin selling raffle tickets. This is our biggest annual fundraiser and the money raised will go towards the purchase of a car that will be given away the night of graduation, and also help fund the actual event. The prizes that can be won in the raffle are as follows:

  • 42” Flat Screen HDTV
  • $500 Gift Card to Best Buy
  • Weekend at Trois Estate B&B in Fredericksburg (bridal suite or equiv.)http://www.troisestate.net/

The tickets will be stapled into sets of 10. They will sell for $10 ea. So if they sell the whole set, they will raise $100. Here are the rules for selling the tickets and earning chances to win the car:

  • The ONLY way to have a chance at winning the car is to sell tickets.
  • You must sell one “set” for your name to be added in the drawing one time.
  • For every ticket that you sell after the first “set”, your name will be added again. Example: 10 tickets (1 set) = 1 chance
    11 tickets = 2 chances
    12 tickets = 3 chances …

We will have volunteers available during all lunches at least once a week for seniors to turn in money and tickets to and also have extra tickets available to them to sell. All tickets will be numbered and kept track of and records kept showing how many tickets each student picked up and how many they sold.

FYI – The lucky senior who won the car last year (‘08) drove off in a 2008 Mazda 3!

Ding Dong Deer – the seniors will place a deer in someone’s yard and they will have to call the phone number on the back of the deer and give a donation to Project Graduation in order to have it removed. They also get to decide whose yard it goes to next.

Birthday Announcements – Anyone can have a birthday announcement put up on all the TV’s on the South Campus. It can be their birthday, their friends, family members, etc. It will cost $5 and will run for 1 day. They can pick up a form and pay Mrs. Hearn in computer lab 823. This will be an ongoing fundraiser that will last all year.
