San Jacinto Elementary students really enjoy the play park. It was a joint effort through our PTO and our Partner In Education, Rohm And Haas. It was built and dedicated to SJE October 9, 1992. Since the dedication, PTO has added new swings sets and other new equipment. This park is only for the use of students at SJE during school hours Monday through Friday but is equally enjoyed by the Deer Park Community as well after hours. Over 2001 spring break, PTO also had a brand new cement slab poured on the East side of the campus to ensure that all students at SJE have a fun school day! We are very proud of our grounds here at SJE and thank our Parents and Education Partners for all they have done to contribute to our school.
