    Seniors have TWO days to visit the colleges they are serious about attending. Juniors, you have one day. Make sure you return with a letter on the school letterhead stating you were there for a visit, dated (not on a weekend date) and a signature. You can ususally obtain this from the admissions office.

    Visit the website of the college you are interested in attending--or get into your Naviance account for access to your college's website!  Then schedule a visit to SEE the campus.

    The DP Rotary Club Certificate Degree Scholarship is for seniors graduating in the top 60% of the class and who are planning on enrolling at San Jacinto College to obtain a one- or two-year certification. Recipients will be selected based upon essay composition, community activities, academic standing, extra-curricular activities, and financial need. Recipients are expected to commit to 48 hours of community service over two consecutive semesters.     DPISD established a fund to award scholarship(s) each year to seniors of DPHS or Wolters Campus who have a parent/guardian employed full time by the district. It is funded from the proceeds of the Cotton Watkins Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament held annually.
