Kindergarten Registration New Student Online Enrollment

 

Kindergarten Early Registration is here!

Wednesday, April 2 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 3 - 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Deer Park ISD is again using the  New Student Online Enrollment for the spring Kindergarten Registration.

This online registration process will be available on March 10th.

The  New Student Online Enrollment is designed to be completed at home BEFORE you come to your child’s school for Kindergarten Registration.

***The Online Enrollment does NOT replace the physical attendance of Kindergarten Registration at your child’s school. Please watch for communication from your child’s school regarding details specific to their registration.***

***If your child is currently enrolled at the Early Childhood Center you will not participate in Kinder Registration. Your child will automatically be enrolled in their DPISD elementary school.

The following documents will be needed in order to complete registration:

  • Proof of Residency - at least one of the following:
    • Mortgage statement showing name and address of owner,
    • current tax statement,
    • current lease agreement with one utility bill with same address
  • Birth Certificate
    • -- the birth certificate issued by the state, not the hospital copy
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Social Security Card -- Social Security Number is recommended but not required. A student who does not provide or have a social security number will be assigned a state identification number.
  • Current Parent ID
    • eg: Texas Driver License

Before you begin, ---- Does your new Kindergartener have a sibling who is already enrolled in Deer Park ISD?

--- If NO, then your Online New Student Enrollment process will begin with an Account Request. You will begin here by clicking the following link: Kindergarten Registration New Student Online Enrollment

--- If YES, then you already have a Family Access account. You will instead log in to your Family Access account. In your Family Access account click on the “Online New Student Enrollment” button to start the enrollment process. **This brings you directly to the “New Student Enrollment: Application Form” where you will begin entering your new Kindergartener’s information. (see page 3 of the attached directions)
