DPISD 2023-2024 New Student Registration

New Student Registration is around the corner….Tuesday, August 1st!

New Student Registration is a district-wide event for all new students.

***All grades Pre-K through 12th grade***

***Note: Pre-K registration requires qualification into the Pre-K program. Contact our Early Childhood Center staff with any Pre-K questions (832-668-8390).

This registration is for new students who did NOT end the 2022-23 school year in Deer Park ISD. If your child ended the school year in a different school district – then you are a “New Student”. **If your child ended the school year in a DPISD school this past May, he/she is considered a returning student and will need to participate in their school’s August Campus Registration activities.

Students who are NEW to Deer Park ISD must enroll and register in person on Tuesday, August 1st at the district’s New Student Registration.

This New Student Registration will be held at Deer Park High School – South Campus between the hours of 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Who is allowed to enroll my child?
***The Parent or Legal Guardian (legal guardian must have appropriate documents) .

What is needed for New Student Registration?
Bring along the following:
**You must have all documents in order to complete registration:

1. Proof of Residency - at least one of the following:

• mortgage statement showing name and address of owner
• current tax statement (HCAD)
• or, current lease agreement with one utility bill with same address
  
  
1. Official Birth Certificate ---or other legal proof of child's identity
2. Current Immunization Record
3. Report Card from previous school OR Transcript for Grades 9-12 (preferred)
4. Current Parent ID eg: Texas Driver License
