New Student Online Enrollment

Deer Park ISD uses the New Student Online Enrollment for Registration

The New Student Online Enrollment is designed to be completed at home BEFORE you come to your child’s campus for Registration.

***The New Student Online Enrollment process does not replace the physical attendance of Registration at your child’s school.

The following documents will be needed in order to complete registration:

Proof of Residency - at least one of the following:
- Mortgage statement showing name and address of owner,
- current tax statement,
- current lease agreement with one utility bill with same address
Birth Certificate
- -- the birth certificate issued by the state, not the hospital copy
Current Immunization Record
Social Security Card -- Social Security Number is recommended but not required. A student who does not provide or have a social security number will be assigned a state identification number.
Current Parent ID
- eg: Texas Driver License

Does your new student have a sibling who is already enrolled in Deer Park ISD?

--- If NO, Your Online New Student Enrollment process will begin with an Account Request. You will begin

--- If YES, then you already have a Family Access account.

This means that you get to skip a couple steps.

***You will skip the first step of "requesting an account".

**Instead you will log into your family access account and click the

New Student Online Enrollment button.

**Clicking this button brings you directly to the "New Student Enrollment: Application Form"

where you will begin entering your new student's information.
