DPISD Student Bus Request Form

You must submit this form in order to receive bus service.

Please fill out the following form to register your student for transportation.

Students are eligible for transportation only if they meet the following criteria:

Live within the attendance zone of the assigned school AND live at least 1.5 miles away from the campus.
Please be aware that filling out this form does NOT guarantee a bus ride for your student.

To obtain your bus stop information, you must visit the Transportation Website and click on Bus Routes/InfoFinder i. It will allow you to see the school attendance zones and to find if you already have a bus stop in your neighborhood.

Transportation will not contact you directly with bus information.

Any registration forms submitted may take up to 10 school days to be assigned to a stop.

Please Note: The Bus Route/InfoFinder i is continually updated as registrations are processed.
