    Just in case you're curious! 
     
    I am the second youngest of six siblings. I have a sister, three brothers, and another brother whom lives in heaven. I grew up mostly in Houston, but I also lived in OK and NM for a short time. 
     

    After having three amazing sons, I returned to college to fulfill my childhood dream of becoming a teacher. I attended San Jacinto Junior College, and later transferred to UHCL where I earned my degree. I’m happy to share that this is my 20th year of teaching LA, and I still enjoy it!  I truly feel honored and blessed to be a teacher.

     

    When I’m not reading, I am most likely spending time with my grandbabies and having as much fun as possible!  If it is football season, we will be busy cheering for the Dallas Cowboys! I also love to travel! Some of the places that I have visited include: Singapore, Ireland, NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles,  Colorado, and Alaska.
