Instructional Facilitator - High School Mathematics
Jim Meyers is the Mathematics Instructional Facilitator for Deer Park High Schools.
Jim taught high school mathematics for a total of 10 years, 9 of which were with Deer Park ISD. As a teacher, he served as subject matter lead, participated in curriculum writing, presented during staff development, and was a new teacher mentor. As an instructional facilitator, he provides suppose to all 9-12 grade mathematics teachers through mentoring, coaching, and staff professional development.
Jim is a graduate of Deer Park High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Education degree in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University.
