Print Shop Requests

The DPISD Print Shop is for the express use of the district. The Print Shop does not take outside requests.
 
Print Shop Requests can be made through Formspace.
 
You will prompted to login with your standard district username and password.
 
Once logged in choose Submit a New Form (Bottom left).
 
Then click on Print Shop and choose the order form you need. 
 
Be sure and fill out the form completely.
 
Please give the print shop staff a grace of period of at least a two week turnaround time to fulfill orders. The print shop orders will be first come, first serve basis.
