DPISD 2023-24 Returning Student Online Registration

The TEA (Texas Education Agency) requires all students to register every school year. You are considered a returning DPISD student if you were enrolled in DPISD on the last day of school. This TEA required registration is done by updating your child’s information in Skyward Family Access along with participating in your child’s campus registration/back to school activities.

Deer Park ISD will again utilize Skyward Family Access to allow parents to verify and update contact, emergency, and health information for each child. This online portion of the registration process will be available July 24th and can either be completed at home, or at your child’s school, or at the DPISD Technology Building.

Your Family Access account will be used to complete this portion of the back to school registration. Starting July 24th , you can log into your Family Access account and click the Start Registration link to begin the online registration process. Your one Family Access account will access all of your children’s information. We will send you a reminder via email and phone call on July 24th when online registration opens for all students. Additional how-to directions will be included in the email.

*All Family Access passwords will be reset mid-July. This password will follow the Complex Password requirements of….must be at least 8 characters which includes at least one number, one character, and one capital letter. The reset password will use the format of MMDDYYYY followed by @DP - so if you were born on March 25, 1978….your password would be 03251978@DP. 

Which parent can complete the online registration process? Either parent in Family #1 can complete the online registration process. Remember that a valid email address is helpful for Family Access.

The online registration process is required to update information for all returning students of DPISD and will open on July 24th at 1:00 pm. Remember that this can be done at home. If you do not have computer access at home, computers will be available at your child’s Campus Registration and/or at Meet the Teacher Night.

How to get more information? Between now and August, visit the DPISD website (www.dpisd.org) for any information concerning the online registration for the 2023-24 school year. A reminder will be sent via email on July 24th when online registration opens for all students.

Students who are NEW to Deer Park ISD must enroll and register in person on Tuesday, August 1st at the district’s New Student Registration. This New Student Registration will be held at Deer Park High School – South Campus between the hours of 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. After August 1st, the next Registration Day for new students will be the first day of school: Wednesday, August 16.
