New Student Online Enrollment
If you have a new student that lives out of district, you must first apply for the Limited Open Enrollment program before completing the New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE).

Deer Park ISD uses the New Student Online Enrollment for Registration
The New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) is designed to be completed at home BEFORE attending the child’s campus for Registration.
***The New Student Online Enrollment process does not replace the physical attendance of Campus Registration at the child’s school.
The following documents will be needed in order to complete registration:
- Proof of Residency - at least one of the following:
- Mortgage statement showing name and address of owner,
- current tax statement,
- current lease agreement with one utility bill with same address
- Birth Certificate
- -- the birth certificate issued by the state, not the hospital copy
- Current Immunization Record
- Social Security Card -- Social Security Number is recommended but not required. A student who does not provide or have a social security number will be assigned a state identification number.
- Current Parent ID
- eg: Texas Driver License

Does the new student have a sibling who is already enrolled in Deer Park ISD?
- If NO, the New Online New Student Enrollment process will begin with an Account Request. Begin by clicking the following link: Registration for New Student Online Enrollment
- If YES, then the parent already has a Family Access account, the parent can skip a couple steps.

- Skip the first step of "requesting an account".
- Begin by logging into one's family access account and click the New Student Online Enrollment button.
- Clicking this button brings one directly to the "New Student Enrollment: Application Form where the parent will begin entering hos/her new student's information.
