DPISD Student Bus Request Form
Students are eligible for transportation only if they meet the following criteria:
- Live within the attendance zone of the assigned school AND live at least 1.5 miles away from the campus.
- Please be aware that filling out this form does NOT guarantee a bus ride for your student.
To register for School Bus Transportation,
- Transportation will not contact you directly with bus information.
- Any registration forms submitted may take up to 5 school days to be assigned to a stop.

It will allow you to see the school attendance zones and to find if you already have a bus stop in your neighborhood.
